The practice
MyHome1st is an architectural design and planning consultancy based in West London. We take a small number of residential projects at a time and run each one properly — from the first measured line to the final approval.
The principal
MyHome1st is led by Mushtaq Hasan — an architectural designer and Revit technician based in Ealing, with over a decade of design experience. Before focusing on West London homes, he worked on a wide range of significant projects overseas in Iraq — commercial, civic and residential — and that is where the practice’s habit of getting the technical detail right was formed.
MyHome1st Ltd was established in 2021 to bring that experience to householder projects: extensions, loft conversions, basements, and the planning and building regulations that go with them. One person stays across your whole project — survey, design, planning and building control — so a £50k–£200k decision feels managed, not stressful.
